These Terms of Service govern your use of Trivia Vault, developed and operated by Ambnt. By downloading, installing, or playing Trivia Vault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Trivia Vault is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Ambnt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Trivia Vault for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app or its content.
Trivia Vault optionally integrates with Google Play Games for leaderboards, achievements, and cross-device progress sync. If you sign in, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Ambnt is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Trivia Vault offers optional paid features including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
Free-tier users may see advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free tier you consent to receiving ads. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience. On Android Automotive OS devices, advertising is not served regardless of subscription status.
Trivia Vault includes real-time multiplayer features. When participating in multiplayer sessions you agree to:
Ambnt reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these conduct standards without prior notice or refund.
Leaderboard scores are submitted through Google Play Games. Ambnt reserves the right to remove scores that are determined to be fraudulent, obtained through exploits, or otherwise in violation of these terms. Leaderboard data is public to other signed-in players.
All content within Trivia Vault, including but not limited to the app name, design, graphics, gameplay systems, trivia questions, and all related materials, is owned by or licensed to Ambnt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without express written permission from Ambnt.
Trivia questions are reviewed for accuracy, but Ambnt makes no warranty that all content is error-free. If you believe a question contains an error, use the in-app Report feature to notify us.
On AAOS devices, Trivia Vault is restricted to parked mode only. You agree not to attempt to circumvent driving safety restrictions. Ambnt is not liable for any consequences arising from use of the app while a vehicle is in motion.
Ambnt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Trivia Vault or any feature at any time with or without notice. We may release updates that change functionality, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or on all devices.
Trivia Vault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ambnt does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ambnt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Trivia Vault, including loss of data, virtual items, or game progress. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ambnt in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambnt and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Trivia Vault, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Trivia Vault shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States, unless local law requires otherwise.
Ambnt may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted at ambnt.io/terms. Continued use of Trivia Vault after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
