This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the BounceClash mobile application on Android devices,
including any updates or additional features we may add. By using the Game, you agree to the collection
and use of information as described in this policy.

- Google Sign-In Information
- When you sign in using your Google account, we receive your basic profile information from Google (e.g., your Google ID, display name).
- We do not receive your Google password or sensitive personal details from Google Sign-In.
- In-Game Data
- Player ID and Profile: We store a unique Player ID linked to your Google ID.
- Virtual Currency & Cosmetics: We keep track of your in-game currency balance, purchased or unlocked cosmetic items, and progress data.
- Gameplay Statistics: We may log certain gameplay stats—like your win/loss record—to enhance the Game experience.
- Analytics Data (if applicable)
- We may use third-party analytics services to understand how players engage with the Game. These services may automatically collect device information (e.g., device model, operating system version), session length, crash reports, and Game usage data.
- No direct personally identifiable information (like email) is shared with analytics providers unless otherwise noted.
- Billing Information (if you make in-app purchases)
- Payments are processed via Google Play Billing, and we do not directly collect or store sensitive financial data (e.g., credit card numbers).
- Google Play Billing provides us only with purchase confirmations or tokens to unlock in-game content.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Account Management: To identify you in the Game, retrieve your saved data, and maintain your progress between sessions or devices.
- Gameplay & Matchmaking: To host or match you with other players and store your game state (including currency, items, achievements).
- Analytics & Improvements: To analyze trends and usage to improve Game balance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.
- Customer Support: To respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
- Legal Requirements: We may use or disclose information where we believe necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes.
4. Data Storage & Security
We use Amazon DynamoDB and related AWS services to store your in-game data. We strive to implement
commercially reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, etc.). However, no
method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
- Service Providers: We may share non-personal or anonymized data with third-party partners that perform services on our behalf (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting). They are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide.
- Legal & Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (e.g., subpoena, court order).
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users if such a transfer occurs.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us
so we can delete the account and data.

Your information may be transferred to, processed, and maintained on servers located outside of your state,
province, or country where data protection laws may differ. By using our Game, you consent to these transfers.

- Access & Update: If you wish to review or update your in-game profile or account data, please log in with your Google account or contact our support.
- Delete: If you want us to delete your account and associated data, contact us at contact@ambnt.io, and we will take reasonable steps to honor your request (subject to legal or business obligations).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at www.ambnt.io/privacy,
and the updated version will include the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Game after
changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
